1. Our Business Policy

1.1. The Vendor offers products for sale on urbangang.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “Consumers”.
1.2. “Consumer” shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on urbangang.com.
1.3. The Vendor reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” and any other order which does not comply with the Vendor’s business policy.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on urbangang.com between the users of urbangang.com and the Vendor.
1.5. The Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties that are on urbangang.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party’s terms and conditions, since the Vendor shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of urbangang.com and third parties.

2. Guarantees and Product Price Indication

2.1. On urbangang.com, we only offer products marked with the “URBANGANG” trademark. These products are produced by us.
2.2. The Vendor does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
2.3. The main characteristics of products are shown on urbangang.com on each product page.
2.4. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
2.5. All Products come with an identification tag attached. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
2.6. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, the Vendor has the right to not accept returned products or not fully refund the amounts paid for the purchase, as concerns products that are returned without the corresponding tag or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
2.7. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
2.8. We do not guarantee the availability of the stock displayed, which is why the company will have the right not to deliver partially or entirely a certain order where certain products no longer appear in the current offer or are unavailable for other reasons (low stock, limited edition, etc.).
2.9. If prices or other details of the items were displayed or entered incorrectly in our database, the company is allowing the right to cancel delivery of the product, and inform the customer about the error in shortest time possible.

3.Copyright

ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DETAILS OF USER OR REVISE ANY CONTENT OF THE SITE www.URBANGANG.com or to affect the performance of the server that runs the site www.URBANGANG.com will be considered a fraud attempt and will trigger criminal investigation against those who will try.

The entire content of the website www.urbangang.com, including images, texts, animations, programs, scripts and other data is owned by the Company and is protected under the copyright law and laws on intellectual and industrial property right. Any use of the materials listed above without the written consent of SC Nesco Concept LLC will be punishable under the laws in force.
UrbanGang does not require Clients or Users through any means of communication (email / phone / text message / etc) information regarding confidential data, bank accounts / cards or passwords.
The customer takes full responsibility for the disclosure of its confidential data to third parties.
UrbanGang disclaims any responsibility in the event that a customer is prejudiced in any way by a third party that claims to be or represent the interests of UrbanGang. UrbanGang will inform the client regarding such attempts, using the contact information.
UrbanGang does not encourage SPAM. Customers are automatically opted-in to receive marketing emails from us when they register for the website. Customers can opt-out of such emails by adjusting their account settings, provided that we may still send Customers e-mails relating to their accounts.

The following actions will be considered fraud attempt and will trigger criminal investigation against those who will try:
accessing any type of client’s data by using an account or by any other method.
altering or modifying the content of the Site or any other correspondence sent by UrbanGang to the client by any means
affecting the server’s performance / site running
to access or disclose to any third party that does not have the necessary legal authority, the content sent by UrbanGang to the client when the recipient is not legitimate receiver.

4.Litigation

Any dispute occurred between the Clients and the Company will be resolved amicably. If not, the competent court will resolve the dispute.

5.Security & Privacy

UrbanGang uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to UrbanGang. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from UrbanGang. You have the right to review your information on file at any time. This can be accessed by emailing here. If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Our company reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

6.Returns

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a full refund for merchandise returned within 14 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.

Here’s how you can make a return:
Step 1. Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached, unwashed, unworn and must be in their original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around 🙁
Step 2. Please click here to complete the online Return Form within 2 days after receiving the products.
Step 3. Complete the Return Form found in the package and prepare the package for delivery.
Step 4. Contact a courier at your choice to pick up the package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense.
Step 5. Your return will be accepted within 2 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
Step 6.The returned items must be delivered to us within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision to return.

Notes:
We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
Send the package to the address specified in the reply email from your Return Form.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
The items must not have been used, worn or washed.
The returned items must be in their original packaging.
The items must not be damaged.

If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please complete the Return Form so we can make it right!
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we will send you a confirmation email and fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in steps 1,2 and 6 from above. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in step 1. from above. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. Should you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

7.Change or Cancel a Recently Placed Order

To change or cancel your recently placed order, contact us right away using the contact form or call us.

8.Contact

UrbanGang publishes on its website complete and accurate information for identification and contact by customer or user. By using the contact form or the service on the site, the user or customer allows UrbanGang to contact them through any available means, including electronic ones.
Partial or total completion of the contact form and submitting it does not represent any commitment on the part of UrbanGang to contact the user or customer. UrbanGang is free to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for it. UrbanGang reserves the right not to answer all the demands of any kind received by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc).

10.Confidentiality Policy

We respect your right to confidentiality!
UrbanGang does not collect personal information from simply accessing the website. We duly inform you from time to time in specific dedicated sections of the website in case there are activities implying the processing of your personal data and in that case we will ask your permission whenever required by laws.
In order to process your order, we will collect personal information about you (e.g. your name, e-mail address, shipping/billing address and phone number). Credit card information is only handled by our third-party credit card provider.
Personal information gathered is not shared with third parties (other than moderators or “agents”, such as vendors or contractors, who are only processing such information for us or at our direction).

Non-personal information such as your IP address is automatically recorded when you enter our web site. This information is only used to diagnose server problems and site administration.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers, former customers, website visitors to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.
We do not sell any of your personal information.

Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. This website accepts Visa and Mastercard. Please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases. Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of Comodo-certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
